Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it within 60 days, we will gladly accept your unworn merchandise for a full refund in the original form of payment provided you have your shipping invoice as well as the original box.

Fine Details

  • 1. Items must be sent back within 60 days from the purchase date, though during the holiday season (November 1 - January 1) we'll give you up to 90 days from the purchase date to make gift-giving easier
  • 2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
  • 3. Items should be unworn and include all original tags and packaging.
  • 4. Place the shoes in the original shoe box and ship the shoe box back in a separate shipping box (either the original shipping box the shoes came in or a shipping box with no other exposed labels). Placing the shipping label on the shoe box will result in a denial of refund.
  • 5. All original packaging should be included. Place the shoes in the original shoe box and ship the shoe box back in a separate shipping box (either the original delivery box or a shipping box with no other exposed labels)
  • 6. You'll be provided with a prepaid return-shipping label for each item
  • 7. Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address, You will receive a response as soon as possible, not mailed back the manufacturer
  • 8. Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. We'll issue the refund to your SHEIN wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • 9. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any expedited shipping fees added to your original order

Sending It Back To Us

Once You Receive Your Shipping Label:
  • 1. Repackage unworn items exactly how you received them - shoe boxes, bags, tags, and all
  • 2. Place everything in your shipping box and tape your new shipping label over the original one
  • 3. Take your sealed box to any UPS location or drop-off location.

Done - We'll Take It from Here!

  • 1. We'll give you a refund (minus a $6.99 restocking fee)
  • 2. Please note: At this time we are unable to process exchanges, but if you provide a new order number to Customer Service, we will happily waive your restocking fee.
